Hmmm. I bought this after reading so many good things about weighted blankets and anxiety. Went shopping and decided to do it. It is very well made and seems to last a long time. I got a case for it as recommended. It doesn't seem to do anything about anxiety or comfort and I have a hard time adjusting to myself when you lie down just because of the weight. You have to get out of the bed, move it and crawl under it again. After a week I took it out of bed and an hour later I got cramps in my legs and feet which I have a problem with. I didn't have them while the duvet was on the bed so I guess I'll just keep using them for that. Although I didn't notice any calming effect, I still give it 5 stars because I appreciate the quality of the duvet myself. If you suffer from restless legs and cramps, this seems to work!
