Slightly small but great color

Bought this for my 2 year old daughter as part of her Louise Belcher costume. She weighs 27 pounds, nearly 35 inches, and only goes down to Old Navy 3t, and the Carters 3t is still a bit baggy. ETA 3t was pretty tight on her chest so we appreciate it. But I like the length and color.
