EDIT: I replaced these bulbs with new ones and the new bulbs have the same problem so it's a problem with my truck. The bulbs are probably working fine BUT they are still very weak and not suitable for real fog lights. I gave them one more star as the bulb I thought was bad probably isn't that bad after all. I've had them since March, from the start I installed them in a brand new set of clear (not black) fog lights in my Silverado. Also at night they aren't bright at all but I left them because they look good when you look straight at the truck. Just a few days ago I noticed that one of them now flickers when turned on and its brightness is about half that of the other worker. They have never been submerged or physically damaged, my truck is quite large. Don't worry, get real high power LED bulbs with fans or HID for your fog lights.
