To save some money I chose this instead of the Apple Pencil. I don't draw/sketch much on my iPad, but I do sign documents often. So the device works fine for me. If you're a graphic designer/illustrator, I would go for a real Apple Pencil. One last note: Activating this pencil is VERY easy. Touching almost any surface turns it on, so you'll have to constantly check to make sure it's off. Otherwise I'm happy with the purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking to save a few bucks and not need all the features of the original pen.
