It works? Computer Accessories and Peripherals

I can't talk about tech support because I never call them. . Everything was fine on the Mac laptop, but there were difficulties with Windows 10. Long story short, I hit and miss with it, maybe it's me, I'm not sure, but it wasn't always 100%.
