My company bought it as a potential replacement for the Voyager 5200 and I was the test mule. I've been using the headset for about 2 weeks but we decided to return it and move on. The main reason was that I was having trouble connecting to the Cisco 8851 phones used in my office. This isn't a seamless basic integration, and the user will have to purchase one of several "accessory cables" that claim to enable integration. Unfortunately, we were never able to get it to work as advertised. However, we were able to use it via Bluetooth. Until it suddenly disconnected and never reconnected. This is a major disadvantage for our office as we need seamless integration with the headset without worrying about any issues that arise. Another important factor was that I felt very uncomfortable wearing glasses. Jabra would do well to redesign the headset to make it more comfortable for those who wear glasses.
