I bought a gold bracelet for my sister's birthday in November - when I received it I took a quick look and fell in love, it was absolutely what I expected. I gave it to her a few days ago and when she put it on there was no mechanism in the clasp - she couldn't wear it. I contacted the seller yesterday regarding this and received an immediate reply apologizing for the inconvenience and was told they would send me a replacement - I've just gone and don't want it lying around when I haven't 'm home to get it and they had no problem saying they would be prepared and made an appointment that would work. Aside from the fact that the bracelet is missing a piece, I'm very happy with the bracelet and its appearance, and I'm very happy with the customer service I received to fix the issue. I would definitely shop with them in the future.
