Review on HP LE1911 19 Inch LCD Monitor ‎EM887A8#ABA by Daniel Cahill

This monitor replaces monitors twice the price in my mix and does it very well. I use it on a 4-box KVM switch and can therefore compare four different computers/graphics cards with this monitor (newer computers with entry-level graphics machines). I don't use the monitor for photography or gaming, but for general web browsing, testing and system administration, and working with email and text documents. As such, it works very well and is very pleasing to the eye! It was sold through Revain and the packaging was very good (box in box). However, you may need to vacuum when unpacking as the monitor has many small lumps of foam stuck to it due to static electricity. In addition, the monitor base must be attached to the device before use. The base includes pivot points for adjusting the tilt of the device. It comes with a tilt adjustment all the way forward. You need to attach it to a stand that is bolted to the monitor itself. The pivot points are VERY sticky and I had to place the monitor face down in my lap and hold the stand with my thumb while setting the base in place. Overall I am very satisfied and will update this review in a few months.
