Didn't meet the warranty
One of the buttons stopped working after a few months. We reached out to Glorious PC Gaming as the description says '180 day replacement guarantee' and we're totally on board. However they refused to do anything and I have attached photos showing the date of purchase within 6 months as well as their response.
