I measured my hand and ordered according to the size chart provided. I got them the day before skiing so I just threw them in my suitcase. I wore them on the first day of skiing. Terrible landing. My index finger and thumb had AT LEAST an inch of extra tissue, which was odd since the other fingers only had almost a half inch of extra tissue. The bracelets were great. But the frustration of having to remove my gloves every time I needed to use my hands far outweighed the convenience of the wrist straps. The second day I used my old gloves. DO NOT RECOMMEND
