Comes with a handy check valve. The only thing you need is an air pump. I bought the Nano from an aquarium co-op (great company). It also comes with a control valve, but you don't really need one unless you have a very large or powerful air pump (they need good ventilation for Artemia to hatch, and they don't hatch when they settle). Once the Artemia hatch, simply disconnect the air hose from the check valve (prepare a cup!) and the air will flow straight into the container! Reattach and start next batch.
