Ideal for hydroponics.
I bought this pump for use in our hydroponic garden. I chose it for the flow rate and the diameter of the base that would fit the opening of the IBC container without having to change the opening. It's heavy but fits nicely in a bag. It pumps through a 10 foot 1 inch ID hose and attaches the flow meter ball to the top. It has been running continuously for more than two months and works great. I can definitely recommend this pump.
