Let's be honest - I'm not sure how effective any of these masks are without built-in filters, but more importantly, they fit my baby. She is 4.5 years old and the one with the loops around her ears always fell off because her smaller, softer ears and/or her hair got in the way and immediately slipped off. Even with adjustable straps or if we make up a loop and tie it, they always manage to slip off because it's so small. The adjustable cable is especially helpful. It takes a bit of dexterity to get the right fit as it is too tight and leaves a line on her face and too loose and tends to slide down. But when I put it on high it works fine, stays in place and is more breathable than medical masks. Fair warning: standard masks are still worn and in some places neck gaiters are not considered "approved face masks" ie Disneyland/Disney Store. especially.
