I just received it 10 minutes ago and was so happy I had to swatch it right away. The colors are pigmented and oily. So happy he escaped unscathed. I was concerned about this after reading other reviews. I'm glad I took the risk and bought it anyway. The packaging is beautiful and the colors are so voluminous! SO HAPPY!
