I had the exact same Braun beard trimmer but it was worn out. I ordered this replacement. The one I had was great. Of course, they had to do "upgrades", that is, downgrades that made it unusable. The trimmer now has idiotic lights and sounds to let you know when it needs to be charged. It took power for the engine to give those lights and horns. Instead of cutting the whiskers, they just pull them out by the roots. Or just wave hello! on the beard when she goes by, and sometimes they hook up five hairs when she goes. The only hair it can cut is short hair (because it's pretty thin). Otherwise keep looking. This is not the razor you want.
