My previous stylus didn't work on my iPad Gen 8 so I had to replace it. It is great. There is absolutely no lag, no bouncing, palm support is great. The only thing I would change is the sensitivity of the power button on the top. It's so delicate that sometimes when my shirt touches it while I'm drawing or painting, the pen comes off. It also loads very quickly. I would definitely buy it again.
