The edges of the metal strip were rough and sharp. The clasp was blunt and appeared to be made of raw metal. The day and date setting was erratic at best, and the crown movement was loose and sloppy. The date magnifier was glued to the top of the glass and had a sharp edge. I have no idea how well he kept time. I returned it on the day of arrival. I wasn't expecting high quality but this was disappointing even considering the $20 price tag.
