Review on 📚 Cabochon Beading: Effortless Techniques for Stunning Jewelry (Lark Jewelry Books) by Amanda Castillo

I am a self taught fiber maker and have recently gotten into beadwork. I bought this book to expand my knowledge of beadwork. I expect the instructions in the books to be clear and concise. Cabochon beads do not disappoint in this respect. Directions are clear with good text and photos. I have successfully followed these instructions, which is a real litmus test. After the first few chapters explaining the basic techniques, Cabochon Beading has several projects where these skills can be applied. I tend to throw myself into my own projects, so I can only talk about projects in passing. I used parts of it to create my own pieces but didn't complete the entire project from start to finish. I give this book a solid five stars for the clarity of the instructions, the beauty of the materials, and the wealth of photographic detail. This book was everything I was hoping for and more. Highly recommended.
