I like how easy it is to use as well as being very user friendly. It also saves me time when I am trying to pull reports together from different systems or databases such as salesforce CRM and Sage HRIS. The ability to easily access all my information at once in one place would be great but its not something we have yet implemented. Its always good to know what your company's expectations are so you can plan accordingly. If you don't already have some form of system in place then this will help with keeping track of payroll, billing etc. You can see what invoices go out and where employees spend most of their time working which helps us understand our clients needs better. This has helped improve productivity and save money by allowing managers to check everything they need in one area rather than having multiple spreadsheets open every day looking up pay periods.
