Fabric does not move
I was so excited to try RFQ with my new ruler foot and rulers but I couldn't move the fabric. I have a Brother SE400 machine with a low shank so I bought a low shank ruler foot. I changed the voltage setting. set to 0 and tried with both racks in the down position and then in the up position. The fabric moves better with dog food but not enough for a loose blanket. Very disappointed.
