Review on Polycom SoundStation IP 5000 - PoE Powered (Power Supply Excluded) by Alma Carter

I bought this phone a year ago just before moving to the office so I couldn't set it up when it arrived. When I came back (a year later) to set up the phone (out of the box) it wasn't working. I've spent endless hours troubleshooting my VoIP provider and network admin. Long story, the ethernet port on the phone was bad. I am contacting the seller (Teleconnect Direct) for a solution and have found nothing. I've had these phones before so this review isn't about the product (every product has a lemon here and there) but more about a seller who didn't try to get it right. I went ahead and bought the same phone again, this time from a different seller.
