2-3 months of use and no problems. The water flow is constant and at high pressure. I use two in my master bath and have added a water shut-off valve so I only use two when I need to. Both work independently or together using the same plumbing pipe (they were professionally installed to replace a leaking built-in showerhead). Note: I removed the water saving filter - I hate them as they affect the water pressure in old apartments and houses. I find them great for new builds because of the water pressure.
