Review on 💇 Remington HKVAC2000A Vacuum Haircut Kit: Ultimate Hair Clippers & Beard Trimmer Combo (18 pieces) by Kristin Bennett

I really liked this hair clipper when it arrived - the vacuum works really well, it's pretty quiet and it cuts my hair well. If the clippers were still running I would give them four stars and subtract one because the vacuum is not powerful enough to catch all the hair being cut. But overall I liked it at first. However, on the fourth use, the spring in the cutter head broke, causing the moving blade to slip out of the sheath and cut me. Spare parts not available; When I went to the Remington website to inquire about the repair, they directed me to a page that asked for my zip code and then said my zip code was invalid (along with every other zip code I've tried). I have sent an email to the customer service team and am awaiting a response from them. The hair clipper should not break after four haircuts. If I hear anything from the support team I will update this review. Update: Support informed me that this part was originally out of warranty, but they decided to make an exception and replaced my cutting head. The new one looks different (different colored plastic and nitrided metal) and has been working fine ever since. I'm increasing my rating from one star to four stars.
