Overall, this helps my 2 year old daughter with dry skin. She's the type to put food on her face, which often causes a mild and dry rash. It helps a lot! It even helps with eczema sometimes if it's not a strong scent on your arm. She gets red spots in one area and that helps, but not always enough for that. I have eczema on my hands. I wash my hands a lot because I work in healthcare and that's why they're terrible in winter! It actually helped soothe and heal my hands. It's very sticky, like Aquaphor, but that's not very comfortable, even though the skin is exactly what it needs. I'm a beautician so skincare is my thing and I highly recommend it to parents. The overall composition is good. If your child has eczema, watch your diet because I'm pretty sure my child only has problems if they eat too much dairy and processed foods. The skin is always trying to tell us what the problem is inside, so you need to get to the root of the problem.
