The product may be good but it was not able to load all drivers (possibly a problem with Win 8.1 as they may not be able to ready ) yet - not sure ). No drivers = free and without clock function. Her boot process felt like something ten years old - more so than anything I've encountered in the past 10 years. To make matters worse, they have NO customer support in the US - you have to call or email the UK = Forget it! Too hard to start with, no US support = return product and move on to something else. It's unfortunate but they seem completely unprepared to support the US and Canadian markets. So, Swimovate IS RELEASING
