Although my pulsonic toothbrush has not arrived yet for me to try it I can say I have had problems with my order. When I was finally able to contact them, the seller resolved the issue in a timely manner and made every effort to ensure everything was done correctly. The brushes arrived much faster than expected in perfect condition. I would buy from this seller again and give them 5 stars. December update: I wish this came in a real 4 pack. I can't use one to clean between my teeth as I don't have much space between my teeth so one of them is wasted. I'd rather have a pack of brushes and a pack of these so we can only buy what we really need. However, the brushes, while heavier than I'm used to, are color coded so the head can be switched for multi-person use. When brushing with them, I always keep one thing in mind: let the brush do all the work or you'll brush too hard and damage the enamel. What I really wish is that I could use full Oral B sonic brushes with this brush handle. I don't understand why they make different heads for each of their sonic toothbrushes, or in short they would actually be identical in their nozzles. they really should be softer. 2016 update. I don't know why the makers of Oral B are being inconsistent with their sonic brushes. One guy never matches the next version of their electric toothbrush. When I first bought one of their sound devices, I had spare brushes after the device died. Now I have the opposite problem. I bought 2 devices thinking that the first one will die in 2 years, just like the last one. Well it's still going strong and the never opened brush is still brand new in the box while Oral B has discontinued these brush heads which are the only ones that fit. What a waste. And why?
