I really enjoyed trying this out. I'm a menopausal woman in my 50s and this summer has been tough! There have been many times I've wanted something similar. Unfortunately this didn't work. When I first got it, I pressed the power button. In my experience, many items are already charged, so I decided to give it a try. The blue light came on for about a second, I heard the fan spin up, and then the light went out and so did the fan. So I thought maybe it's not fully charged. i loaded it The light never came on while charging, so I can only assume it was charging. After a few hours I decided to try again. I pressed the power button. The same thing happened. I put it down for a moment and reread the instructions. Then I tried the button again. This time the fans sounded louder and a bit sweet like they were croaking. He still didn't do anything for more than a second. That's when I decided to let my husband look at it. He's pretty good at technical things, so I thought it might be worth a try. Unfortunately nothing. Spring. I must say that I liked the design of the fan. It folds up nicely so you can position it however you like. I don't recommend it because it didn't work.
