I was annoyed at first but I knew TRANSWON is a great company. I have purchased many other products from them and they have all been great. I was just looking at the tablet model I purchased this screen protector for and found that the model has changed and therefore my screen protector is incorrect. PLEASE SELECT THE EXACT MODEL OF YOUR DEVICE CAREFULLY. I have to say this company has always been great. My fault is that I didn't understand the change of model, no I ordered it wrong and the screen doesn't fit exactly.
