These in-ear headphones were exactly what I was looking for to help me better control my sleep. I usually wear an MP3 player before bed and play binaural beats with theta and delta sounds to help combat my shift sleep disorder. But most headphones, when equipped with noise-cancelling, are either too big to leave them in your sleep or have an unforgivingly hard body that hurts your ears. more to provide comfort and block outside noise at eye level with lightly inserted foam ear tips. The sound quality is average and the speaker grille rests against the edge of the foam, meaning you have to be careful and keep it clean or the speaker could become clogged. But still a good buy at this price.
