I'm 5 inches tall and weigh 6 to 145 pounds, I usually wear medium in tops and 6/8 in pants. I reduced the size to large and it fits great! Wasn't too big and got hugged by everyone in the right place. Might be able to buy M - but didn't want to be too tight as it's a bodysuit. It was very comfortable to wear - the material is soft, a bit stretchy. Got it again Bought in black!Recommend!
