If I could give ZERO stars I would gladly. Imagine you buy a product that you cannot install due to its complexity and when a professional installs it, it turns out to be defective. Sounds awful, right? Well, if you buy this product from this company, that is exactly what can happen. DO NOT CONTACT THIS COMPANY, THEY DO NOT CONFIRM THE PRODUCTS THEY ARE SELLING! Long story short, I'm not an RV electrical expert, but I'm happy to hire a company that does. I bought this inverter and then made an appointment with the store to have it installed. As the economy is booming, it took me 40 days to make an appointment. I towed my RV to a store and dumped it there. After a few hours I get a call from the shop and they say there is something wrong with the inverter and I need to contact the supplier/manufacturer and collect the bus. The store said that connecting the bus to 110V or 30A would open the circuit, which is an obvious problem with the bypass in the inverter. I realized there is no problem, I bought the product through AMAZON and felt comfortable I could return it. After trying to do just that, Revain left me to deal with the supplier who eventually refused the return and told me to work with the manufacturer. I'm fed up and given the COVID pandemic they are closed. It's been an absolute nightmare and I have an RV that I can't use. A GOOD COMPANY WOULD OFFER TO REPLACE OR REFUND IT. NOT THIS. LEAVE WITH DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT! MAKE. NO. TO BUY. Needless to say, I'm REALLY disappointed with Revain.
