Now I have two of these - the first died after falling from concrete steps onto concrete floor and then being chewed by a very large dog. (No, I wasn't surprised that she died when all this happened. I WAS surprised and impressed that the mouse's body didn't break, splinter or even crack.) I use this mouse with an Android tablet (RCA Pro 12 ). it was recognized immediately and there it works perfectly. It lies very well in the hand and all buttons work perfectly, as does the tracking. There is a small problem with this. The description states that the mouse is designed for a 24-month battery life. The maximum life of a pair of AAA batteries is around 2 weeks - far less than 24 months. If I had to rely on that, that would be a problem, but since my previous wireless mouse had an internal battery that needed to be charged daily, I think that's a massive improvement. (I switched to rechargeable Li-Ion batteries this week so I won't be buying Duracell batteries for them again, and I've used them before - they usually last at least 100 charges and that will last at least 3 years mouse so am I'm a happy camper. I would recommend this mouse to co-workers, friends and family (and I also bought it for my wife to use with her laptop so I really need to keep that in mind.)
