This camera worked fine for about a month, then it didn't take any photos or videos no matter what settings were used and how much range I tested. While standing in my tree stand I saw deer walking right in front and no pictures. I went through all the troubleshooting and contacted the support team which was disappointing. They suggested I try a specific type of battery and memory cards that I already had. While this was an issue, there is no such information in the manual. If their product claims to only work with certain batteries and cards, why would they hide that information from their customers? I was completely let down by this product and this company. You might think it was a fluke, but I bought a second one about two weeks after the first one, and guess what? Yes, the second did the same! I asked stealth cam support to replace it with another model, they got rude and refused. Terrible customer service speaks volumes for the company and the product. Luckily, Revane was very kind to help me solve this problem. I will never buy anything from this brand again and will not let anyone I know make the same mistake.
