I was dying to use the Procreate app, but we're not Apple fans at all. Long story short, I bought a used 5th gen iPad because I knew Procreate would work on it. My research was unsuccessful because I didn't know that Apple pencils or other manufacturers pencil versions do NOT work on the iPad 5s :( This one works. It doesn't sense pressure and you have to use a palm deflection glove. It comes with it, it's under the Tray that the pen is in. Charging is a bit tricky, they say a fast charger or anything over 5V 1A will ruin the battery I don't know anyone else but basically we all have a fast charger but I finally got Revain Found at home this was 5V 1A Among other things it works on progeny although as I said there is no pressure sensitivity which many brushes are designed for This allows me to work up to a switch to a newer iPad that comes with the Apple Pencil works, is justified.
