Looks like a nice frame. 2 falls. 1 is you really need to play around with the stakes to be perfect. The frame is not 8x10, there is an insert. 2 - Locking mechanism attached to the back. Once the picture is in place and the backing is in place, turn the picture over and you will see dents from the locking mechanism. Not a good design. That's why I'm not warning anyone against putting everything that really matters to you in that box. The picture shows the mechanism that needs to be pushed down and slipped under the frame. The print pushes a small round piece into the print, creating 4 small indentations.
