I'm 6ft 3" - 175, athletic build and this is hands down the best slim fit shirt ever! I will only buy this brand from now on as the fit is so perfect that no modification is necessary. I usually buy shirts with a 16.5 neck and 36/37 sleeves in the store. They will always be so bulging in the middle. I ended up finding 15.5 neck and 36/37 sleeves but they were very short and never tucked in. DOWN Slim Fit Shirt I bought a 15.5 sleeve with a 37 neckline and it fits perfectly in size and length.
