It is worth buying a well-known brand!
Having bought other brands of tape to save money, I have found that DUCK brand tape is consistently the best. Off-stamps are very thin, making tearing unpredictable and difficult to manage if you break or cut the roll. In fact, there are so few off-brands that it's almost impossible to find a place to start fresh. The DUCK TAPE brand saves you time and frustration that you can't pay a single dollar for.
