First, very tricky, how you do it. Then I figured out how to do it. Place the first hole with the short rag on the face (the hole on the left), then place the suture line on/under the jaw. Then place the second hole with the longer layer/flap over the face (the hole on the right side) and align the seam line with the right ear. That's all! I used to make a hole in my face with a longer flap and it looked so weird. Because when I apply the second hole to the face with a short flap/layer, the layer is too short to reach the neck. I hope this review helps others how to do it.
