Bill Reflection Hat - I bought a dark blue hat a few months ago. I was impressed with the quality of the hat and the fact that I didn't have to quite adjust the velcro to fit my large head. The Velcro had over an inch of overlap. The bottom of the first navy blue hat had a dark colored visor to match the color of the hat. This time I bought a hat in khaki, a very light khaki. The underside of the visor was khaki to match the hat, making the visor highly reflective of sunlight. Most good hats have a darker underside of the visor to minimize reflection of sunlight.
