Why are children's backpacks worse?! Who designs these things? Why does a preschooler need something twice his size for blueprints and quarterly progress reports? Ok.rant is over! That's why I prefer the travel backpack. We can use it at school and on weekends when we travel. This one is perfect! It fits my preschooler like a glove. Ergonomically padded shoulder straps with a clip in the middle to keep them from hanging off your shoulder. Snacks with space or a whole train! My kid loves the elastic net - it's a great place to ride. And all without tipping over like a turtle stuck on its back. This is a toddler backpack. This backpack seems sturdy enough for our purposes. I'm not sure what kind of play other people want their 3 year olds to play! And the outside pockets can hold a baby water cup or baby bottle! (Stay hydrated my friends).
