I really like the cover. It is durable and easy to use. It had all the features I was looking for in a case. The keyboard is easy to detach and attach. The magnet is strong and I don't feel like I have to worry about the keyboard accidentally falling off. The trackpad worked well. Having a circle instead of an arrow for the cursor took some getting used to, but it didn't really matter. The pen holder is protected in the case. I don't like cases where the stylus is on the outside of the case. I liked the case so much that when she got an iPad 8 as a gift I bought her a Kibbol case for her iPad. She also loves her case. Unfortunately, my Kibbol case didn't activate the sleep/wake function like my old case. Kibball contacted me after my purchase to make sure everything was ok with my case and I informed them that the wake/sleep function is not working. They worked with me and eventually got me to return the case and get another. The wake/sleep function still didn't work. (It works with my daughter's iPad 8, but not my iPad Pro.) The company continued to work with me to determine why the sleep/wake feature wasn't working. They found out that for some reason this feature doesn't work with the iPad Pro that I have. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service this company has provided me with. Your product is reliable and I liked it so much that I bought it for my daughter. So be aware that when you buy this case you are not only getting a great product but also great customer service. (And it's worth a lot these days!) If you have an iPad Pro and don't mind that the current version of this case doesn't support sleep/wake, I recommend getting it. If your iPad is set to turn off after a period of inactivity, this isn't a problem. TL; DR: Great case, great customer service, get the case!
