I'm 2 times better at most things, but underwear and things like that should be a little more because I'm fat. It's 3X and the inner panty fits really well, I was surprised. They were purchased with a t-shirt for pool exercise therapy. I have used them, washed and line dried, I would not use a dryer just to protect the fabric. They don't weigh you down in the water, there's no cotton for that. Dressed modestly and comfortable in these shorts, I feel relieved to have found something that fits my needs, size and age.
