Let's start with the good - these shelves are solid and each leg can be individually adjusted in height. Each shelf has a non-removable brand logo printed on it, but I was able to position it to sit on top under the monitor stand. They also adjust in the same way as every other make and model of similar shelving I've bought over the past few years (Monoprice and a few other smaller brands that I've never heard of being sold at Revain, like these ). They also come with rubber pads that stick to the bottom of the legs and are very effective in preventing them from slipping. The Bad: I ordered this new shelf but received already opened and heavily used shelves which were then resealed and sold as new. That's how I see one of the likely long-term downsides of these shelves, even though I've only had them for a week. While the legs are mostly thin metal, the adjustable feed is made from much lighter plastic and is finished in the same silver color, which suits quite well but is noticeably different from the same material in good light. The damaged, used shelves were sent to me as new, one pair of legs had many deep paint scratches visible in the large room and many smaller scratches elsewhere. In other words, it has obviously been carelessly used for some time, repackaged and sold as new.
