My girlfriend gave me this for my birthday and I've been using it almost every day since then. The oil is the most used as I apply it a few times a day to keep my unruly pirate beard soft and well groomed. The balm usually copes with unruly hair and beard. It has more wax than some other balms, giving it a bit more staying power. The jar is larger than the standard tin that most of these products I've seen come in, so it should take a while. The beard wash is great too. This is a very mild soap that doesn't strip the hair of oil like most shampoos do. My general process is to wash my face with a beard wash, apply oil while brushing my beard, and then apply some balm with a brush to set all the strands and keep the shape. I've also used a detangler, but I don't usually need it in addition to the oil, so it's not used that often. What I like most about these products is the smell. It's a kind of woody sandalwood scent combined with sweet notes of vanilla and a slight musky undertone. My girlfriend says I smell like a mix of woods and cookies and she's always chasing me while I'm sniffing my beard, so I'd say the products are working as intended. It's also my favorite beard product scent I've tried so far.
