As I sleep on my side I usually put my pillows against the wall. With this L-shaped pillow, I don't have to do that anymore. The pillow is very compressed so I left it on all day before using it. Overall this is a great pillow, wish there was a way to easily remove the amount of foam it has. Pros: I'm 5ft 1in and the pillow is the perfect size for me. The pillow feels cool and is very breathable. The pillow comes with a pillowcase that can be easily removed and washed if needed. The pillow is filled with memory foam and will not lose its fullness even after several weeks of use. very firm, to the point that it's not very comfortable at first and takes a bit of getting used to.
