Overall I like this product, although I can comfortably adjust the medium size (up to the fourth hook), the small size is what I wanted for a good fit and works for me. As for sizing, I'm 5'7" and 140-150 lbs. I first bought it for hand compression which makes it good for losing weight without cutting off circulation. The corset part makes the stomach area nice and flat. The only downside was that the back support bothered me a little (especially in the rear buttocks), which wasn't really a problem when I was average (maybe it's back fat and/or being shorter. But it's not a big problem.another disadvantage was that when i wear a tight top it is visible from the front (part of the corset) you can see the line from the bottom top to bottom where the corset starts and ends (abdominal area) me Haven't compared it to a bodycon dress but I think the result will be the same if you wear a loose top or a dress that you can't see, so overall it's not a problem.I like it and I'm I'm glad this is my honest review.
