I have been with WFH for a while and my new position required a more focused customer interaction. Of course, the occasional dog barking in the background can bother some customers, and I saw this as a solution for my Bose QC35 headset. The device looks good, although the installation was a bit wobbly. The plug did not fit completely into the headset cup, which is why it popped out very often. For now, I was willing to put up with it because the noise cancellation was excellent. Over the weeks, my callers noticed background noise and buzzing. I played around with the connector a bit until I figured it out. The situation began to deteriorate as calls dropped or dropped. Clients would at times hear me to the point where I could no longer use the device without constant interruptions. At this point the 30 day return policy had expired so I was unable to return the item. I was able to order a Bose gaming mic and it worked flawlessly.
