The ease of use, ability to access all records in one place, as well as being able to search specific fields for particular things I want is great! You can also easily print reports from within NZF if you need them that way sometimes it's easier than going into another program or website to do so but overall its quite easy with this software to create your own documents/reports etc. Nothing really at the moment i dislike about new zealand forensics however there are some minor issues like when creating forms (included PDFs). Some people may find these difficult to navigate through. It would be nice if they could have more information boxes included instead of having small text only ones which makes reading harder especially where multiple questions are required such as an application form. This has made life much simpler by providing me everything under 1 roof rather then searching other sources online.
