UPDATE!: Someone from the company contacted me regarding this and very kindly let me know that they have a new and improved "big" ink pad. They sent it to me for free. (Actually I got 2) The large ink pad was perfect! In fact, it was much cleaner than the original. Only the first use you have to be careful because it is very full of ink. The smaller ink pad is definitely better for newborns/toddlers. And I would recommend using a larger ink pad for more than 12 months. Depending on the size of your child, of course. I have to thank the company again for caring and genuinely caring about your customers and for the exceptional customer service. Highly recommend this product and company. Thank you! ****--------------------------------------------------------- Initially As When I received this product my first thought was "My daughter's foot doesn't fit right what happened. My daughter was 14 months old when I used them, she is a size 5 and the heel didn't fit her. So now I have a flat print in my scrapbook. It's definitely made for younger kids. Second, the original print was SO FRIDAY (see photo), it's awful. Anything after that, yes, it's less ink, but it's a lot better. Third, the ink does NOT dry! I literally gave it a week and it was still coming off my fingers. Fourth, I liked how the owner emailed me asking how the product was and making sure it wasn't damaged. BUT. I actually complained about all of the following (along with wanting them to tell the measurements of how small it is), they got back to me but basically ignored everything that bothered me. They said it dries in minutes, they were wrong. I was also told they have a 'larger' size and they also gave me a coupon for a 15% discount. NO THANK YOU! I will never buy from you again! The only positive is that it's a nice invention, no ink on your kid and it's very easy to use. PS FYI: My daughter's hand fit it, but barely! **
