Very good quality, materials and construction! I've never been a fan of velcro but a quality version is used here to keep the bag secure and I will only take it off for maintenance. It's a Honda, so it won't happen often. The strap in the middle of the left side can be about half an inch closer to the back so as not to interfere with the seat latch. I left my seat belt fastened in my pocket and it seems fine. The carrying strap is a nice addition but I don't plan on using it, it's good that it detaches and is kept in the bag just in case. Price, quality, fit and easy to remove/replace, it's the best I've seen. Very happy with it.
